Although the pastels that are trending for spring are nice, I love bright cobalt blue in any any form.
Shirt is from Banana Republic. The necklace belonged to Mrs. Kirkpatrick, a family friend, and was gifted to me when she passed away many years ago.

Actually cobalt blue and other bold hues are very much in trend at the moment. So wear this beauty with everything! Gorgeous piece!
