Paintbrush

One of the things that makes me happy in 2011 is that I've started painting more often (been painting since a young age). Other things that make me happy this year are the illustration and design projects I have been working on (looking forward to sharing in this space soon). Painting, illustration and design go hand in hand for me. So I am excited to make room for all of it in my daily life.

I am under a tight deadline and haven't seen much else than my work room since last Thursday. I am taking the morning off for an outing with my boys and then I'll be back to work for another day until I get my project all wrapped up. I'm feeling very thankful about having a project that motivates me to be creative.

I'm glad to hear you're painting again. I can't wait to see the project you've been working on. By the way, I love your handwriting...I think Adobe should buy it and turn it into a font. It's so lovely!!
