The Making of a Photo Essay
I printed out the photos [to 13cm x 18cm or 5x7] and text from yesterday's post adding patterned paper and titles to make a Thirteen Days album. I stamped the date onto each text box and called it done. Simple. I really like the feel of allowing the colorful photos and papers do their thing.
I used a Hambly transparency (or sometimes the Clear Scraps acrylic album page) to hold my titles. This way the photos could be free of any embellishments.
I used the photos as guide for the direction of each spread. Some are vertical, some are horizontal.
I am glad to have turned this memory into something tangible that I can go back to and enjoy.
